The conference facility was modern and up-to-date, while the surroundings offered numerous activities including hiking, snowmobiling, horseback riding, fly fishing, golf, and steak barbecues on the mountain top. Our program goals were to create a shift in thinking - a new perspective on work. Peaceful Valley Ranch helped make that happen. On top of the wonderful setting, the food was fantastic - right down to the cookies in the afternoon. We were treated like guests and the staff was great. Peaceful Valley Ranch made our program a success.

Peaceful Valley is a very special place to me and my family, providing a wonderful sanctuary, within easy reach of Denver, to really enjoy the reasons we all came to Colorado-- the mountains, the colors, streams, hiking, friendly folks, clear mountain air and streams and an opportunity for reflection about our place in the universe. Peaceful Valley simply can't be beat in my book. The fall colors are gorgeous, the winters are great fun, and the cabins are so great, with a private hot tub in most cabins. The staff is always available, pleasant and helpful. Peaceful Valley is simply the best place around for a family getaway- simply can't be beat. It's also perfect for organizational conferences and group retreats. The facilities can handle groups of well over 120 people with ease and there is enough diversity of activities to satisfy just about anyone. Jefferson Unitarian Church has had their annual fall retreat at Peaceful Valley for the past 8 years and it is always fun and memorable.

With a river running through it, it is an ideal setting for contemplation, relaxation and focused training in a Rocky Mountain environment that provides great hikes, mountain biking, horseback riding, etc. Oh, and did I mention the great staff?
