At Peaceful Valley Ranch our guests never go hungry.

You can expect hearty home cooked meals from our friendly kitchen staff. Our plentiful buffet is sure to satisfy most every appetite. Most special diet needs can be accommodated with prior notification.

Ranch style meals are served in a variety of locations including the large and small riverside dining rooms, the riverside patio picnic area, poolside, and our mountain top site with amazing views of the continental divide.

Some of our ranch favorites are Elk Roast, Lemon Pepper Trout, “Breakfast on the Mountain”, BBQ Beef Brisket, Home baked rolls, Biscuits, Cornbread, Fresh Fruits, and Salads.
