Food & Lodging at Peaceful Valley
At Peaceful Valley Ranch our cooks can prepare reception meals for any bride.
Our menus range from Filet Mignon and Stuffed Northwest Salmon to a casual Italian Buffet and BBQ Hamburgers and Chicken. Special diet needs can be accommodated with prior notification.
Meals can be served in a variety of locations including the large and small dining rooms, the riverside patio picnic area, poolside, Meadow area surrounded by an aspen grove and our Mountain Top site with breathtaking views of the Continental Divide!
Dining Rooms: (Large) Our rustic large dining room is perfect for a reception with gorgeous views of the St. Vrain River and wonderful wildlife in the area. The Stellar Jay is one of the most popular due to its brilliant blue feathers. The large dining rooms can seat 75 special people comfortably.
(Small) Peaceful Valley’s small dining room is located next to the large dining room and can be used as additional rooms for your party or for a small intimate reception dinner. This room can hold up to 40 wedding guests.
(Sunroom) Our quaint Sunroom is perfect for either hors d'euvres or a nice romantic dinner under the stars. We have beautiful plant life in Sunroom that will make your dinner very unique.
Patio & Poolside: (Patio) This outdoor site is located by the St.Vrain River; this is an ideal space for a small reception or rehearsal dinner. The Patio space can seat approximately 50 special people and can be used in addition to the Poolside for larger groups.
(Poolside) Located adjacent to the patio area is our pool side dining space. Seating approximately 60-70 guests, and great for any occasion.
Mountain Top: Just up the valley is our Mountain Top site, with the most amazing views of the Continental Divide. A covered deck area is ideal for a romantic reception, this area can seat up to 100 guests comfortably.
Meadow: Surrounded by an aspen grove, this is an ideal spot for a reception in the mountains. Enjoy the outdoors and the view of the mountains around you while you and your guests dine in the sunshine. There is also plenty of space for a dance floor or for enjoying your favorite activities with the people closest to you!
Mid-Barn: Located right next to our corral, you and your guests will really feel the western/ranch atmosphere! This is a great facility to have a nice casual reception or rehearsal dinner. Enjoy the horses, dancing and much more!
The saloon area offers plenty of seating for an open bar and dining.
